With over 30 years experience of delivering and quality assuring enrichment provision nationally, Dr Anna Chapman offers her expertise to help schools develop engaging and impactful programmes. Her advice and guidance supports educational leaders to develop their own strong and incl provision as set out by the Department for Education Enrichment Framework Benchmarks July 2026.
The service includes bespoke support to suit your school or college's needs. Anna makes a 360 assessment of what you are already delivering to build on strengths and identify areas that could be further developed. The service is about working together to achieve outcomes and not directing to reach goals.

This involves pre-meeting analysis of current provision followed by a Face to Face or Online 2hr consultation to identify areas in the current enrichment programme that can be developed inline with Ofsted's Enrichment Benchmarks. As part of this offer, schools will receive up to date information about free resources and local opportunities they can benefit from.
Building on the 2hr consultation, this day will involve training in the development and delivery of enrichment activities. Schools will benefit from bespoke advice and guidance based on extensive experience and expertise. Key tools including those for evaluation and monitoring will be shared to ensure provision is impactful and follows Government guidance and expectations.
These involve activities with a group of enrichment leads from different schools to share experience, good practice and local information. Outcomes from the workshop will be presented back to the schools as a personalised resource. An introduction to small funding opportunities will be included.
